Fear and Attention Contribute to Chronic Pain- How to Change That

Today I review a 2021 research paper (link here to paper) which shows how your attention is associated with fear conditioning and then chronic pain. Attention is one of the 4 categories I address with people suffering from chronic somatic symptoms. I call the 4 categories  B-E-A-T which relates to your behaviors, emotions, attention, and thinking. Addressing these 4 areas will help you BEAT chronic pain and chronic symptoms.
