Emotional Awareness & Expression Therapy

Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET) is one of the tools I use with chronic pain and other chronic health ailments. There is some building research around it that it may be more effective than Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and this already been shown with fibromyalgia in some research.
