These 2 Reverse Psychology Approaches Can Help Symptoms

It’s naturally instinctive that we want symptoms to go down when they are up or they are feeling very intense. We try to do anything we can to make this happen. However, when it comes to neuroplastic symptoms, this can backfire because we can be reinforcing threatened danger when there actually is none. Most neuroplastic symptoms come from the brain when the brain feels under threat or danger, but it doesn’t mean there is true threat or danger happening.

So we can employ a paradoxical approach or what I call reverse psychology approach to throw a wrench so to speak into how we are perceiving and then approaching the symptoms. Have a watch here today to learn these two strategies. Also, if you want to learn more about how to defuse and reduce threat and danger at the brain level when it comes to neuroplastic symptoms, I’ll be running a course starting the beginning of March that will go over in more detail how to do this. I have attached a link here if you would like to sign up.
