Let go of body & mind to find deep inner relaxation

I wanted to share a practice that I do and have honed over the years to elicit what’s called the relaxation response. When we can get the relaxation response to activate we start to feel as you would imagine, more relaxed, more calm, settled, quiet and to a point of inner stillness. That stillness is felt in the body and noticed in the mind. It is something that we can all learn to do. And it is something that is so good for us. Instead of chasing the next dopamine high, let’s stop and let go and enter a deeper place of peace that can surpass any excitement or stimulation we think we need to feel good.
