The healing process can be a journey and if you have been in pain or with your symptoms for months or years, it can take time to learn and establish new brain and neural pathway patterns and work to settle the emotional limbic brain. Depending on your history, it may take a month or it may take a year or possibly even more in some cases. There is no timeline for healing, it can come at any moment. It usually comes gradually over a period of time, with some ups and downs, but deepening with a sustained and dedicated approach.

My coaching to heal program will start wherever you may be in your journey, and focus on the three main areas we can change in the brain and nervous system. My job is to get you to reach your goals, and navigate you through the healing process one step at a time until you get there!
