Embrace to Erase instead of Resist to Persist
I shared a few videos about this concept which you can check out below. It’s true what we resist will persist and what we can embrace we can erase. Especially when it comes to emotions. And emotions are one of the main causes of unexplained medical symptoms in the body. The key thing to being able to fully embrace (open to, allow, accept) painful and uncomfortable somatic symptoms is to realize, know, and believe that these symptoms are not dangerous bad, evil, dangerous, or threatening. The perception allows you to relax and when you relax you stop resisting. You stop bracing against and start em-bracing what’s here in the body. The emotional energy of the somatic symptom can then go and release over time. This is embrace it to erase it.
