Re-Shaping Your Brain’s Response to Pain

One of the tools I use to work with chronic pain and other chronic health issues is EAET ( Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy). We know chronic pain is not only a sensory feeling in the the body, but an emotional experience as well. Getting to the underlying emotions around the pain and health condition and also the life events that have caused stress can bring dramatic healing results. What stresses and emotions are you carrying around in relation to your health problem?
