Threat and danger is a well-researched model around pain and bodily symptoms. If there is a physical cause to symptoms, the threat or danger signal (symptom) comes from the body (like with an injury or illness).
With neuroplastic symptoms, the threat or danger signal is felt in the body, but comes from the brain. When you have neuroplastic symptoms, the brain is psychologically perceiving threat and danger. But it doesn’t mean there is real threat and danger present, like with an injury.
From the depth of this understanding, we can then move into how to approach neuroplastic symptoms. I will be teaching a simple but powerful approach based on the threat and danger model of symptoms.
There will be time for questions and answers during each LIVE class.
